King Edward VI High School for Girls review by University of Cambridge student.
The King Edward VI High School for Girls excels at teaching all subjects, both in the arts disciplines and the sciences. The student body is small allowing a friendly atmosphere and promoting excellence. The small class sizes allow effective teaching and an extremely supportive learning environment. Work load is quite high but this is probably why the school archives such high exam results and admission to good universities. The school is enthusiastic in giving a broad education to equip students with skills for lifelong learning and success.

Ask questions and be interested. Also, tip for the parents: the kids speak on the tour. Do not ask their questions for them...
Most younger siblings have an easy time in the admissions process. I can only think of one case of a younger sibling not being admitted. The remainder came from private K-6 schools, or had transferred from other New York private schools The Elizabeth Morrow School and St. Bernard were two of the larger feeder schools...
