St. George's School Vancouver review by Stanford University student.
The St. George's School in Vancouver has a very rigorous course load, perhaps harder than anything I have experienced at Stanford University. It has a great Advanced Placements (AP) Program as well as a strong science, social science, and English program. The one conflict at the school is between a Canadian system, where APs are not emphasized and university admissions depends on grade 12 level classes, and an elite American system, where APs are a defacto requirement for admissions from a private school. Still it is definitely the best and most prestigious school in Canada.

For the interview, dress conservatively. Try to be very clean and put together. Also, I was a tour guide for two years and at the end of every tour, we were asked to evaluate the candidate so if you think the tour is not apart of the process, you are very wrong. Ask questions and be interested. Also, tip for the parents: the kids speak on the tour. Do not ask their questions for them...
Most younger siblings have an easy time in the admissions process. I can only think of one case of a younger sibling not being admitted. The remainder came from private K-6 schools, or had transferred from other New York private schools The Elizabeth Morrow School and St. Bernard were two of the larger feeder schools...
The school was rounded on the "Rugby" British style of education and retains this character. The school has a chapel, four wings with wing captains, prefects, and a headmaster. I personally loved this old-world aspect to the school, and their emphasis on the well rounded boy, but it is really a matter of personal preference. ...
